1. Donations via Razorpay

– Donations made through Razorpay are processed immediately and are generally non-refundable.
– However, if a donor has made a duplicate transaction, or donated in error, we request them to contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

2. Refund Process

– All refund requests must be emailed to us at helpinghearts100@gmail.com, with transaction details.
– Refunds, if approved, will be made to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

3. Cancellation

– As a nonprofit organization, cancellations of donations are not typically permitted once payment is processed.
– However, requests made in writing for duplicate or accidental payments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
